Guests can use the impressive hall, which was the old barn of the farm, for a relaxing read, work meetings, dinners or to celebrates the birthday party of one of the youngers guests of the holiday farm, as we have done many times before. In fact, the farmhouse is ideal for three families of group of friends, guaranteeing the privacy of your own flat along with the pleasure of being able to get together in the 130m m2 hall, or relax around the swimming pool . 

Both the holiday farms are in Protected Areas and Zones and it's easy to find a hare, pheasant, roe deer, or squirrel in the vicinity, as well as our horses of course who will welcome you with their merry whinnying.

The Terme di Chianciano, San Casciano (Fonteverde) and Montepulciano spas are nearby, and complete the offer of WELLNESS we propose.
